The doctors have great bedside manners. I am steady in my weight loss journey but I am able to manage my weight with RightWeight.
My Doctor in the same office said the program works when I asked about it. I am tired of dieting and fad weight loss program that bounce me up and down. This actually works. Totally legit. I've been on the program for 6 weeks and lost about 20 lbs so far. Definitely going to keep going. Be sure to ask about times! You don't want to be late and they get busy in the afternoons
Every visit has been outstanding. The staff is very friendly, professional and gives excellent advice on how you can get the best experience from the goal you’re trying to reach. They all are awesome!
My experience was great. I was in and out in no time. Staff was friendly. The gentleman was very helpful at explaining the different plans to me to help me make a decision on which would be good for me.
Staff there is friendly especially the nurses. I was happy that I didn't have to start over after 2 years because of the pandemic. I just picked up where I left off! All my info was still in the system. To my surprise I weighed nine pounds less than my last visit, but still have some pounds to lose. Best time to go, IMO is in the morning, if possible.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. Even though my appointment was one of the last for the day, they never made me feel like they were rushing through and took the time to thoroughly answer all questions.

I have been back multiple times, since my original review approximately a year ago, receiving time-efficient and professional services. This morning the new doctor was at the center early and even let a few patients in early to get out of the rain. I am making significant strides to reach my weight loss goals. I recently had my blood work done and my B12 levels are very high, exceeding required levels. As a result, I omitted my B12 injection today. I would like to suggest a weight loss package without the full dosage of B12 at a lower price point. I have been back a couple of times since I wrote the review below 10 months ago. The long-standing nurse checked in with me by phone and on one of my visits. I appreciate her customer service, professionalism, and consistency in ensuring that Right Weight is a reputable business providing quality medical care. I also noticed that there is a new doctor on staff, so hopefully timeliness has improved upon opening hours. As a result, I have increased my star rating. I maybe able to change it to 5 stars after a couple of early morning visits. I never write reviews, but today the lack of professionalism made me late to my next doctor’s appointment and work. The doctor arrived late. I was the first in line today. The center opens at 8:30 am, but cannot see patients until the doctor arrives. The receptionists were great checking in clients. They checked in 6 clients in under 3 minutes. We still had to wait more than 10 minutes for the doctor to arrive. At the end of the process, when I was getting my appetite suppressant pills the doctor was not in the office and her purse was in the chair. When she walked in she did not say anything to me, as the patient. This lateness and no bedside manner exhibited unprofessionalism. The doctor should arrive prior to the doors opening and actually address the patient. The doctor does not treat the patients, so the very least she can do is show some care for them with a greeting and value the time of the clients and staff.
If I can be a spokes person for this company I will but since I cannot I'm gonna tell you I am a walking testimony this was the best thing that happend to me completely changed my life I lost 80lbs in 7 months and I feel great, also the staff are polite, professional, and keep you up to date with knowledge if you happen to forget when it's time to back they'll give you a courtesy call. I'm just speechless at this point. DO NOT HESITATE JUST GO.
The nurses are professional and helpful. They make sure you have the resources you need to lose weight and monitor your blood pressure if you need to. The B12 shot gives me the extra boost to workout after working 10-12 hour days!
I love going to Right Weight Center. There isn't a long wait. The staff is kind, courteous, and efficient. The shot and appetite suppressant that they dispense really helps me get back on track by eating smaller portions and making healthier food choices.
I live in Baltimore City and it is so worth coming to this clinic, staff is amazing, very knowledgeable ,friendly, process did not take long at all, I have been coming to the clinic for a year or 2 on and off, my results are amazing and I recommend if you what to get Quality care and wonderful staff visit this location , you won't be disappointed. Amazing! The staff is amazing and accommodating. The Doctors are understanding and they are there to answer any questions and there to help you. In addition to the services they will give you a meal plan that works for you. It’s working for me and I have referred a couple people. I moved and I still go to Maryland from New York because it works.
Very kind establishment, I did like when they had appointments; however, I’ve never truly waited to long. The program works for me; however, you also have to put in the work! Fees did go up in the past year but I get it prices went up across the country.
I had presented for an appointment towards the end of the day, near clinic closing. I guess I had so much on my mind, that I departed the clinic without picking up my medication. I was extremely appreciative that I immediately received a phone call from the clinic. I had only reached the light and made an immediate turnaround. The staff quick thinking saved me a long drive which would have been a second trip.
I've been going here on and off for a few years, but hadn't been in 3. I went recently to try to drop my last 10 lbs, but due to another medication I take, they were unable to give me the pills. I'm happy that they checked and didn't try to push any other services on me. They are legit.
So far everyone I have encountered is very nice, encouraging, nonjudgmental and personable. They are efficient and even though there is usually a lot of people in the office they move quickly and you don’t have to spend a lot of time waiting. Definitely looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey with this facility.
